Eigene Möbel und Teppiche sind selbstverständlich willkommen. Es besteht natürlich auch die Möglichkeit, keinerlei Teppich zu nutzen.

All exhibitors are welcome to bring their own furniture and carpets. It is of course also possible not to use a carpet at all.
Ob ihr die Stromflatrate mit 2, 3 oder 7 kWh gebucht habt – ihr erhaltet in jedem Fall einen Stromanschluss in Form einer Dreiersteckdose an den Stand. Solltet ihr darüber hinaus weitere oder andere Stromanschlüsse benötigen, nehmt bitte bis spätestens zum 1. August Kontakt mit uns auf. Weitere Dreierstecker können einfach über den Mietmöbel-Katalog bestellt werden.
Wenn ihr Standtraversen an eurem Stand aufbaut, müssen diese von euch zwingend geerdet werden. Wenn dies versäumt wird, wird dies durch die Hallentechnik durchgeführt, was mit 199 Euro berechnet wird, die vor Ort zu zahlen sind.
Whether you have booked the flat rate of 2, 3 or 7 kWh, we will provide you with a power connection in the form of a three-way socket at your stand. If you require additional or different power connections, please contact us by 1 August at the latest. Additional three-way sockets can be ordered directly from the rental furniture catalogue.
If you are installing stand trusses at your stand, you are required to ground them. If this is not done, the hall's technical team will carry out the grounding, which will be charged at €199, payable on site.
Ausweise werden nach Standfläche vergeben – kein Voranmelden nötig, einfach beim ersten Einchecken im Messebüro abholen.
Passes are issued based on stand size – no pre-registration needed, simply collect them at first check-in at the exhibition office.
Zusätzliche Ausweise per Mail oder vor Ort für je 60 € – inkl. Zutritt zur Businesslounge mit Freigetränken.
Additional passes by email or on site for €60 each – including access to the business lounge with free drinks.
Wichtig: Alle Stände müssen bis Do., 20. August, 22 Uhr vollständig aufgebaut sein. Aufbau am Freitag ist nicht möglich.
Abbau: Alle Waren und Paletten müssen bis 24. August, 15 Uhr vollständig geräumt sein. Danach können wir weder für einen unbeschadeten Zustand noch das Auffinden von Liegengebliebenem garantieren.
Important: All stands must be fully set up by Thursday, 20 August, 10 p.m. Set-up on Friday is not possible.
Dismantling: All goods and pallets must be cleared by Monday, 24 August, 3 p.m. After this date, we cannot guarantee that items will be undamaged or found.

Per Auto oder Spedition möglich. Während der Auf- und Abbauzeiten steht kostenlos ein Team inklusive Gabelstaplern zur Verfügung, um alle Lastwagen zu ent- und beladen und alles zum Stand zu bringen.
Eine Frühanlieferung vor dem 19. August ist ausschließlich über einen externen kostenpflichtigen Einlagerungsdienstleister möglich – kontaktiert uns für Details.
Possible by car or freight forwarder. During set-up and dismantling times, a team including forklifts is available free of charge to load and unload all trucks and bring everything to the stand.
Early delivery before 19 August is only possible via an external paid storage provider – please contact us for details.
Wenn ihr uns einen Text von etwa 1.000 Zeichen über euer Unternehmen oder euer Produkt zusendet, veröffentlichen wir diesen auf unserer Website und erstellen daraus eine kürzere Version für eure Vorstellung im Cannafair-Messeheft, das kostenlos ausgegeben wird.
Bitte sendet uns Text und Logo bis spätestens zum 1. Juli. Wenn ihr vergangenes Jahr bereits Aussteller wart und Text und Logo aus dem Vorjahr weiterverwenden möchtet, braucht ihr nichts weiter zu unternehmen.
If you send us a text of around 1,000 characters about your company or product, we will publish it on our website and create a shorter version for your introduction in the Cannafair trade show magazine, which is distributed free of charge.
Please send us your text and logo by 1 July at the latest. If you were already an exhibitor last year and would like to reuse your text and logo, you do not need to take any further action.
